Angelic Pretty Spring/Summer 2019 : Le jardin des anges

First Angelic Pretty print release from their Spring/Summer 2019 ~Pret-a-Porter Collection~ is this, which roughly translates to Garden of Angels. It comes in 2 cuts OP and JSK with partial shirring in 4 colors Ivory, Pink, Sax, and Lavender along with a matching headdress. It's an all over print featuring cherub angels and bouquet of small flowers on a cloud. Very Angelic Pretty style but I can't help but feel it's a 'filler' print release so I am going to pass on this series. I think if they did a JSK or a skirt with a bustle in the front it would be an amazing design which I totally then WOULD get!

Goals for 2019

I had blogs on and off since I was 13 but could never keep consistency for very long. I went through different phases-- one day I'd be punk rock and another day I wanted to be a girly princess. I just couldn't make up my mind because I thought everything was so cute and when I got too flustered, I just put on hoodies and sweatpants. Let's see just how long this blog lasts.

Read more. I enjoyed reading as a kid and I got overly excited whenever there was a book fair at school. I am happy to say that I picked up reading books again the past Summer (mainly Fiction and Fantasy genres) and my goal is to knock out 2 books a month. I also got some subscriptions to a few Fashion magazines so I can't wait for some fun reading material delivered to my door monthly!

Get organized. Basically I'm going to have to Marie Kondo some of my things and learn to let go of things I don't need or do not wear anymore. I'm looking at you, clothes untouched since High School! It's a little difficult because I have this mentality that I will eventually get around to using/wearing it so every month I am going to 'release' a box of things to trash, donation, or giveaway to someone.

Healthier eating. I'm sure this is a big goal for everyone so I won't go into much detail with this.

Better spending habits. Oh boy, this is going to be a hard one for sure! You spend money to make money right? This kind of goes hand in hand with the two previous points. Less things I buy, and only making purchases that I absolutely love means less clutter, and less eating out along with eating more home-cooked meals will allow me to eat healthier and get back in shape!

Travel more. I have so many things I want to do, and I'm just not good at executing them. I'd really love it if I could travel and see the world more this year.

I really want 2019 to be a good year. I had some ups and downs in 2018 but that is a given for growing and learning...and I am still growing and learning new things everyday!
